MAILBOXES:
The original mailboxes installed by the developer have been discontinued. The HOA Board has researched box designs and costs, and has approved the following mailbox for the community.
When you need a new mailbox and post, please call Beautiful Mailbox Company at (305) 403-4820 and tell them you reside in Creekside and you need the Regency 904 box. The cost is $326.35 ($220.00 plus $85.00 install and $21.35 tax). Please reference quote #80402102 C.
GATE:
If you notice a problem with the gates in the community (stuck open, stuck closed, etc.), please contact McNeil Management at 813-571-7100
If you need an additional transmitter for the gates, please contact the management company. The cost is $33 per unit. The management company can set up and entry code for you and put in one phone number in the directory to gain access. This can be a cell phone with either a local or long distance phone number.
STREET LIGHTS:
If you notice your street light out, please contact the management company. Make note of the number located on the tag for the pole.
If you would rather report it yourself, you can call TECO at (813) 223-0800 or you can visit their website.
ALLIGATOR SIGHTINGS
In the event you see an alligator in the neighborhood, contact the Nuisance Alligator Hotline at 866-FWC-GATOR / 866-392-4286.
MINUTES FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETINGS
The meetings of the Creekside Board of Directors are open and members are welcome to attend. However the Minutes of these meetings are not published here on the website because some information in the Minutes pertains to business related to individual homeowners. To protect our homeowners, we ask that copies of the Board of Directors Minutes be obtained from Excelsior Management.
WATERING RESTRICTIONS:
It is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure they are using water wisely, watering on the correct days and following guidelines set by the County. The restrictions apply to all residents and businesses - not just customers of public utilities - and most water sources. That includes private wells, and ponds or lakes that are used as alternate irrigation supplies. Reclaimed water customers are exempt from the water restrictions, although these customers are encouraged to use only what they need.
