Creekside Homeowners Association

The Special Membership Meeting was held and quorum was met, however, yes votes were just shy of the 75% required for approval. The homeowners who remained to hear the vote and the board have agreed to a continuation of the special members meeting. A second in-person meeting is required. Contrary to what we were told that evening, IF you voted in person, you must vote again either in person or by proxy. Those who mailed in proxy votes, your vote will remain on file for up to 90 days And those who did not vote already we urge you to attend in person or vote by proxy. A notice will be sent to all homeowners in the mail.

Welcome to Creekside Community

Creekside Subdivision was built in 2005 by Sunrise Builders. The community is located in the suburban areas of Riverview, off Rhodine Road near Boyette Road in Hillsborough County, Florida and sits on approximately 60 acres of land. Riverview is approximately 55 square miles and our zip code is 33579. We are a gated subdivision with 108 homes, most homes are on 1/2 acre lots or larger. This community is in a deed restricted country setting. Our homes have a variety of setbacks and are placed along winding streets with nature areas, conservation lots, ponds, oversized driveways and a community park area.
