Rose Paving has been contracted to perform approximately 50 ft. of roadwork on Creek Run Dr near 14235, 14242, 14246 & 14249 Creek Run Dr.  During this event, they will also mitigate a hole in the road.  Expected project duration is 3 days (8/29, 8/30 and 8/31), weather permitting.  Residents who live on Creek Run Dr past addresses mentioned above will also be affected by new traffic patterns. A postcard is being mailed to all owners with more specific details.

Welcome to Creekside Community

Creekside Subdivision was built in 2005 by Sunrise Builders. The community is located in the suburban areas of Riverview, off Rhodine Road near Boyette Road in Hillsborough County, Florida and sits on approximately 60 acres of land. Riverview is approximately 55 square miles and our zip code is 33579. We are a gated subdivision with 108 homes, most homes are on 1/2 acre lots or larger. This community is in a deed restricted country setting. Our homes have a variety of setbacks and are placed along winding streets with nature areas, conservation lots, nature trail, ponds, oversized driveways and a community park area.
