Creekside Homeowners Association
To obtain Association records, follow the steps outlined below:
- Register with/Log in to the portal.
- Click on the "Resources" tab to access to "Public Documents," "Board Meeting Minutes," and "Financials."
- You can also use the portal to pay annual dues and special assessments, submit requests for ACC, maintenance concerns and document review, and view calendar events.

Meeting notices are posted on the entrance message board. Meeting agendas are sent to the email address included with your portal registration, or you may contact EnProVera to request it. Attendance is in-person or via online meeting (e.g. Zoom).
2026 Board of Directors Meetings
Board Meetings are held at 6:30pm, at the Riverview Public Library. If unavailable, Bloomingdale Library is an alternative meeting place.
Online meeting details are provided on the agenda.
